Christopher Denham: Movies & Box Office

Christopher Denham is an American actor, screenwriter, director, and producer. Primarily known for his diverse supporting roles in films such as Oppenheimer, Shutter Island, Argo, Being the Ricardos, Charlie Wilson's War, and Sound of My Voice, his impact on the realm of performing arts has been significant. Christopher's television credits include Billions, Shining Girls opposite Elisabeth Moss, and Utopia on Amazon Prime, another feather in his cap, created by Gillian Flynn. Not just content with acting, Christopher has also graced the Broadway stage in Master Harold...and the Boys, Martin McDonagh's The Lieutenant of Inishmore, and David Mamet's China Doll, where he co-performed with the talented Al Pacino. His career began in his hometown, the south side of Chicago where he spent time working in the famous Steppenwolf Theatre. Broadway welcomed his talent with open arms as Denham debuted opposite Danny Glover in 'Master Harold...and the Boys'. Recognized for his exceptional talent, Denham won Outstanding Lead Actor at the 2006 Lucille Lortel Awards playing the role of Matt in Adam Rapp's Red Light Winter. His acting prowess is not just limited to the stage, on the big screen, Denham played important roles in numerous films directed by the likes of Martin Scorsese, Mike Nichols, Barry Levinson, Tony Gilroy, Jodie Foster and Aaron Sorkin. Denham was also seen playing the Russian spy Klaus Fuchs in Oppenheimer directed by Christopher Nolan.
