Carla Juri, born on 2 January 1985 in Locarno, Ticino, Switzerland, is a Swiss actress whose multilingual background and athletic upbringing have profoundly shaped her artistic journey. Raised in the Alpine village of Ambrì, she grew up with a lawyer father and a sculptor mother, which exposed her early to both analytical rigor and creative expression. By the age of fifteen she had already mastered German, Italian and English, a linguistic versatility that later allowed her to audition across Berlin, London and Rome with ease.
