Aleksandra Konieczna was born on 13th October 1965 and she is recognized as a prominent Polish film and stage actress. Her acting skills have been recognized with three Polish Film Awards for her exceptional performances in 'The Last Family' (2016), 'A Cat with a Dog' (2018), and 'Corpus Christi' (2019). Additionally, her television acting credits include her roles in 'Na Wspólnej' (2008-present), 'Diagnosis' (2017-2018) and 'Belfer' (2017). She gradually developed her acting skills, following her graduation from the Adam Mickiewicz High School No. 1 in Prudnik and the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw in 1988. Her early stage performances at the Warsaw Teatr Współczesny (Modern Theatre; 1988–1990) and Warsaw Dramatic Theatre (1990–2000), significantly shaped her acting career. The actress also bagged the Polish Radio Festival Award in 2000 for her role in the radio play 'Dorra' directed by Andrzej Piszczatowski. Her phenomenal acting was further recognized with an acting award at the Polish Radio and Polish Television Theatre Festival 'Two Theatres' in Sopot in 2006 for her role in the television play 'Skaza' directed by Marcin Wrona. Her role as Honorata in the soap opera 'Na Wspólnej' since 2008 has made her a household name. Her depiction of Zofia Beksińska in the film 'The Last Family' (2016) fetched her the Polish Academy Award for Best Actress and an award for the leading female role at the 41st Gdynia Film Festival. Her exemplary acting continued in the television series 'Diagnosis' between 2017 and 2018 where she played Dr. Maria Kaleta. She earned the Grand Prix of the 'Two Theatres' festival for her role in the television play 'Clean Up' in 2017.
