Growing up as the son of acclaimed entertainer Drew Forsythe, Abe was immersed in the performing arts from an early age, which laid the foundation for a career that would span over two decades. He first broke into the industry with a role on the children’s series The Miraculous Mellops before gaining broader recognition as Campbell Todd on the popular drama Always Greener. His early oeuvre also includes a starring turn in the mini‑series Marking Time and the self‑directed feature Ned (2003), showcasing his willingness to blend acting with behind‑the‑camera responsibilities.
