During a dangerous operation to move mob boss Raymond Manta out of a Mexican jail, FBI agent Jeff Douglas survives a brutal ambush and witnesses the White Hand cartel seize the moment. The cartel feeds him a chilling lie: his family is being held hostage, and their release depends on him helping smuggle a massive drug shipment into the United States. Reluctantly, Jeff is coerced back into the role of a courier, working under a leadership circle that includes Raymond Manta and his four lieutenants — Helmut Vich, Milton Kowalski, Russ LaFleur, and Hansel Lee.
