The premise of You’re a Sweetheart without spoilers.
She’s now a dancing Alice! A Broadway producer panics when the opening night of his latest spectacle lands on the same evening as a major charity gala, threatening ticket sales. Desperate, he fears the show will fold after one night, until a clever writer proposes a scheme: create the illusion that a flamboyant Texas oil tycoon, enamored with the star, has bought every seat, turning the tickets into coveted, unattainable prizes.
