Your Lie in April: Moments (2015): Cast, Box Office & Plot

Kousei Arima is a fourteen-year-old piano prodigy who rises to fame after winning several major competitions, captivating audiences with a precise yet deeply expressive touch. His early triumphs set the stage for a life shaped by music, but that world cracks the moment his mother, Saki, dies. In the collapse of that moment, Kousei experiences a devastating mental breakdown during a recital: he can no longer hear the sound of the piano. The notes seem to drift away from the staff, and no matter how hard he presses the keys, all he can hear is the dull thud of the instrument. His hearing in every other sense remains intact, but the music that defined him becomes a phantom he cannot access.
