Facing financial ruin and her brother’s dire medical needs, Iris reluctantly accepts a wealthy man’s unsettling proposition. She’s invited to an exclusive dinner party and forced to participate in a deadly game called “Would You Rather.” The seemingly simple choices quickly escalate into a terrifying ordeal where the consequences are life or death. As the night progresses, Iris must navigate increasingly dark and morally challenging scenarios to protect herself and her family, confronting her limits and the lengths she's willing to go to survive.

As desperation drives her to seek salvation, Iris, a determined young woman, embarks on a perilous journey to secure life-saving treatment for her brother, Raleigh, who is battling leukemia. Guided by Dr. Barden, the oncologist, Iris and her family are introduced to the enigmatic philanthropist, Shepard Lambrick (/actor/shepard), a man with immense wealth and influence that could be their beacon of hope. However, this seemingly altruistic gesture comes with a harrowing catch: Iris must engage in a deadly game at one of Shepard’s extravagant dinner parties, where she will face a diverse ensemble of characters, each with their own inner demons to confront.
