What Is Women of Valor About?
The premise of Women of Valor without spoilers.
During April 1942 a unit of American Army nurses is taken prisoner by Japanese forces and spends three brutal years in a Bataan POW camp. Lieutenant Margaret Ann Jessup, the senior nurse, endures the ordeal, later rises to colonel and testifies before a U.S. Congressional subcommittee about the atrocities she witnessed.
