What Is Woman of Tomorrow About?
The premise of Woman of Tomorrow without spoilers.
A female doctor’s dedication to her career leaves little time for her fiancé, who falls for a waitress and fathers a child. Though labeled a proto‑feminist yarn, the film probes the impact of women’s emancipation instead of championing suffrage. The tone recalls Ibsen’s *A Doll’s House*, delivering solemn melodrama with performances by Mosjoukine and Yureneva.
