Twelve strangers unexpectedly wake up on a remote, isolated island, each with no recollection of how they arrived there. These individuals come from vastly different backgrounds—some are students, others are professionals, soldiers, influencers, or loners—making it clear that they have little in common at first glance. As they try to understand their predicament, their confusion begins to turn into fear when a deep, commanding voice suddenly booms through a loudspeaker, introducing a mysterious figure known as The Judge. Clad in a mask and black robes, The Judge explains that they are now part of a deadly game, a real-life version of the classic party game Werewolf.

In this game, some of the participants are secretly designated as werewolves, while the rest are categorized as villagers. Each night, the werewolves have the sinister task of choosing one person to kill, while during the daytime, the survivors must engage in tense discussions and vote to eliminate a suspect they believe might be a werewolf. The game continues until either all werewolves are eliminated or they manage to outnumber the villagers, making it impossible for the villagers to win.

Panic quickly sets in among the group. No one knows whom to trust, as suspicion and paranoia grow with every passing moment. The participants are reluctant to admit their true allegiance, and everyone begins to see enemies behind even their closest allies. Such an effort ends in tragedy; one of them is killed as a warning, and the rest are forced back into the game, their morale shattered. As the dwindling group faces mounting pressure, a startling revelation emerges: one of the kindest and most trustworthy villagers was secretly a werewolf the entire time. This revelation demolishes their remaining faith in their instincts. Overcome with guilt after mistakenly voting out an innocent person, a participant chooses to take their own life, overwhelmed by remorse.

As the game nears its conclusion, only four survivors remain. The number of werewolves among them is disclosed—two are left in the shadows. The final rounds become an intense mental struggle, where every glance and word could determine who lives and who dies. A climactic vote is called, during which one participant sacrifices themselves, claiming to be a werewolf in order to shield someone innocent. Tragically, this decision turns out to be fatal, sealing their fate.
