Venky, Ravi Teja, a wayward youth from Vizag, drifts through a string of unstable jobs until he and his friends Suri Babu Srinivasa Reddy, Ramana Chitram Seenu, and Bujji Ramachandra manage to clear a police recruitment test for SI training. The quartet heads to Hyderabad aboard the Godavari Express to begin their new chapter, hopeful but unprepared for what lies ahead. On the train, Venky meets Sravani Sneha and feels an immediate pull, and he opens his heart with a proposal. She rejects him with a firmness that stings, and the moment lingers—until a drunken outburst changes everything: Venky threatens to murder Sravani’s father, Prasad Rao C. V. L. Narasimha Rao and a fellow passenger. The next morning, those two are found dead, leaving Venky and his friends on the run.

Fearing the consequences and convinced the academy might still be their safest refuge, they enroll in the training anyway. The academy’s strict chief, Yogendra Kumar Sharma Ashutosh Rana, is a hard-nosed administrator who is also connected to ACP Bharath Bharath Teja. As the investigation into the train murders tightens, Venky and his friends devise a plan to avoid scrutiny by tampering with their arrival date, only to discover that Sharma himself is the killer. The motive appears tied to Prasad Rao’s camera, a piece of evidence that could expose Sharma and put Sravani in danger. Venky acts quickly, rescuing Sravani and keeping her safe in a secluded building behind the academy.

Their suspicions harden when they learn Bharat has found Prasad Rao’s camera as evidence. They race to a studio to recover the photos before Sharma can weaponize them. Their pursuit leads them to Gajala—introduced as a software engineer but revealed to be a thief—whom they press for information about the camera. Gajala lies and claims he has already sold it, heating the stakes. Sharma soon learns that Venky and his friends are closing in, and he begins to expose their names in the media, pressuring their parents to force compliance. He also tracks down Sravani’s hideout and strikes, though she manages a narrow escape.

A tense stalemate unfolds as Venky and Sharma strike a dangerous bargain to exchange Prasad Rao’s camera, but Sharma reneges. Sensing opportunity, Gajala tries to renew a deal with Sharma in exchange for the camera, yet Venky swiftly seizes the camera away. The recovered footage reveals a far more explosive truth: Prasad Rao had recorded Sharma murdering a senior officer, Sarath Kumar IPS, to cover up a fake stamp case. Prasad Rao, unknowingly, phones Sharma to report the murder, not realizing the killer is Sharma himself. Sharma heads to Venky’s home to recover the camera, but Sravani and her father manage to flee to their village.

Unaware of Sharma’s true guilt, Prasad Rao discloses berth numbers to Sharma, who dispatches a hitman to silence them. The hitman murders Prasad Rao and a woman who had shared Sravani’s berth, intensifying the tension. Sharma’s henchmen close in, attacking Venky and his friends for the camera, but Venky fights them off with determination. Sravani—driven by a need to bring the truth to light—secures a direct route to the Governor to submit the crucial evidence. In a high-stakes confrontation, Sharma attempts to shoot Sravani but inadvertently shoots the Governor instead, an act that seals his arrest. The culmination sees Venky and his friends celebrated for bravery, receiving medals from the DGP, Suman Talwar.
