Teenagers Clover, Sam, and Alex move to Beverly Hills, CA, where a chaotic encounter outside a sushi restaurant kicks off their new life. WOOHP agents deliberately trigger the giant sushi roll above the entrance to detach and roll away, releasing animals as it escapes the scene. [Alex] saves an American Landrace piglet, whom she later adopts and names Oinky, and the trio manages to stop the roll from causing any real damage. Their arrival at the new school soon brings them face to face with rivals Mandy, Dominique, and Caitlin, setting the stage for the clashes and competitions to come.

A surprising turn of events ushers them into the secrets of WOOHP when they are sucked through a locker into one of the organization’s offices. There, [Jerry] reveals that WOOHP has been quietly watching them since childhood and has picked them as prime recruits. The girls initially refuse to join, but after a string of traumatic incidents that appear to be connected to WOOHP, they are pushed into training. In a brisk 48 hours, they complete boot camp and emerge as capable operatives, each bringing her own strengths to the group.

Their first mission places them in the spotlight as famous celebrities, including animal psychologist Peppy Wolfman, are abducted. The team heads to Wolfman’s building where [Alex] uses Oinky to create a distraction, while the others uncover a chilling clue: every abductee has undergone a makeover using a device called the Fabulizor. Security footage in Wolfman’s office confirms the machine’s involvement, revealing a larger pattern at play.

Back at school, the trio discovers that nearly everyone has undergone the same transformation the next day; even Oinky has been caught in the device’s reach. The makeovers unleash a hypnotic effect, thanks to a chip fixed in the cheekbones prior to the alteration, and the girls realize they, too, are at risk of being controlled. As they investigate, they notice the crowd converging into a massed group, and they are eventually pulled into another layer of the mystery: they are abducted aboard a space station.

On the station they confront the mastermind behind the scheme, Fabu, a once-famous model who felt like an outsider and sought a way to reclaim power and glory. The plan is chilling: abduct everyone who underwent the Fabulizor, place them inside a luxurious space habitat called “Fabutopia,” and then launch a missile to destroy Earth. In a cruel twist, Fabu reverses the Fabulizor’s effects, giving the girls horrid makeovers, and sends them hurtling back to Earth in rockets. The tension is amplified when WOOHP agent Tad reveals cruel intentions of his own, refusing to save the girls and hoping to grab credit for himself.

The tide turns as the girls overpower their captors, escape, and repair the Fabulizor’s damage to themselves. They pursue Fabu, but the mission seems doomed when the missile lifts off with them aboard. They manage to hitch a ride and steer the rocket toward a victory—turning the missile around to destroy the space station and freeing the abducted people by destroying Fabu’s signal beacon. Jerry arrives in a WOOHP ship to aid in the rescue, and they thwart the escape of Fabu and his Sphynx in an escape pod, bringing an end to the threat.

With the immediate danger eliminated, the girls step into their roles as spies with a renewed sense of purpose. They return to Beverly Hills High, only to discover Miss Scritch’s punishment has taken a dramatic turn: the principal is transferred to Siberia as punishment for alleged abuse, a decision made by the school district in the wake of the chaos. The villains—Fabu, Youri, and Tad—are imprisoned, and those who were mind-controlled have their memories erased, restoring normalcy for the rescued students, Mandy among them. Still, the mission isn’t over—the team is alerted to another assignment, and they quickly brace for action, slipping into their spy uniforms as they prepare to take flight on a new WOOHP jet and head into the unknown.

In the end, their loyalty to each other and to the cause solidifies, and the trio embraces a life of espionage with a confident, united front. Their adventures continue, and they know they can face whatever comes next together, ready to protect their city and its inhabitants while keeping a careful eye on the ever-persistent call of the unknown.
