The Three Stooges 2012

As the future of their cherished animated series, The Three Stooges Scrapbook, hangs by a thread, Moe (Chris Diamantopoulos), Larry (Sean Hayes), and Curly (Will Sasso) are faced with a formidable ultimatum: they have just ten days to devise an engaging concept for their producer, who is far from pleased. In their frantic attempt to avoid cancellation, a disastrous cooking incident leads to their eviction, forcing the trio into a comedic quest for new living quarters.

Their fortunes shift when they encounter the quirky Professor Danforth, whose eccentric theories about an impending Martian invasion spark a bizarre but fascinating collaboration. The Stooges agree to help the professor by creating an innovative “electronic animation” device for their show if he assists them in designing a multifunctional military vehicle. Although they initially doubt the professor’s claims, they dive headfirst into the project with their usual enthusiasm.

However, behind the scenes, the professor’s butler is concealing a significant secret; this seemingly polite servant is actually a crafty Martian spy. As the extraterrestrial threat escalates, chaos ensues with a string of hilarious mishaps, including a communication failure involving classic films and the accidental acquisition of a nuclear depth bomb, mistaken hilariously for a carburetor.

During a test of the military vehicle, the Stooges inadvertently find themselves in a nuclear test zone, leading to an absurd acceleration in their operation after they attach the bomb to their vehicle’s engine. As the tension mounts, they confront the invasion head-on, embarking on a daring mission to prevent the catastrophic destruction of both Earth and the iconic Disneyland. With their careers hanging in the balance, the Stooges triumphantly dismantle the Martians’ plan, ensuring not just the safety of the planet but also the future of their beloved show.
