The Tenth Circle (2008): Cast & Plot

Freshman Trixie Stone accuses her ex-boyfriend Jason Underhill of raping her at a party, and the town’s quick verdict leans toward Jason, who insists the encounter was consensual. The accusation fractures loyalties as neighbors, classmates, and families take sides, and the narrative follows how the rumor mill reshapes lives. The tension is mirrored by the adults around Trixie, including Daniel Stone, a mild-mannered comic book artist with a rough upbringing, and Laura Stone, a college professor whose personal choices become entwined with the case. Jason’s reputation, and the future he hoped for, begin to crumble as the community’s judgment closes in.
