She recalls leaving home to pursue college, and, on her own, taking a job at a shoe store where she meets Ronnie and Tricks, who work for Dollar Bill at the club and persuade her that stripping could earn more money. Dollar Bill gives her the job and the name “Diamond.” Four years pass and a new chapter begins in her life.
