The Nostril Picker 1988
Joe, a socially awkward man who struggles to attract women, discovers a magical ability that lets him assume any appearance and then return to his own form. He initially uses it to voyeuristically watch women shower, but soon grows bored and devises a murderous plan, luring victims to his dilapidated apartment where he brutally kills and even cannibalizes them.
