The Heart through Deserts Runs - Working Title (2021): Cast

A young woman spends a day alone in her apartment, grappling with the end of a relationship with a female partner. She attempts to process her loss through reading works by Renée Vivien and Goethe, rearranging objects, and reflecting on the lost connection. As night falls, a disturbing vision arises, but it also signals the possibility of a new, hopeful beginning for her. The film draws inspiration from the artistic approaches of Marina Abramovic, Chantal Akerman, Guy Gilles, and Chris Marker, utilizing storyboard and off-narration to convey its story.
