What Is The Emerald Forest About?
The premise of The Emerald Forest without spoilers.
Engineer Bill Markham spends a decade searching for his son Tommy, who vanished on the edge of the Brazilian rainforest. He finally discovers Tommy living as an adult among a reclusive Amazon tribe that adopted him. As Bill attempts to ‘rescue’ his son, Tommy shows him the jungle’s true beauty and the perils of those who would exploit it, challenging Bill’s ideas of civilization and who truly needs saving.
