What Is The Devil Thumbs a Ride About?
The premise of The Devil Thumbs a Ride without spoilers.
After robbing a store and murdering the clerk, Steve Morgan hitches a ride to Los Angeles with his companion Fergie. At a gas station they convince two women to join them, but when a roadblock forces a stop, Morgan seizes control and persuades the group to spend the night in an isolated beach house. As the police close in, the travelers gradually realize that Morgan is a cold‑blooded killer.
