What Is The Blind Musician About?

The premise of The Blind Musician without spoilers.

In the aristocratic Popelsky household, Petrik, the only child, has been blind since birth. His devoted mother, Anna Mikhailovna, shelters him like a fragile flower, while his Uncle Maxim—once a Garibaldi fighter— pushes him toward self‑reliance. Petrik learns the world through touch, discovers a piano, and, unaware of his talent’s cost, joins itinerant tramps to seek truth. Ultimately, love offers the bridge between his inner music and the world of the sighted.
