Kamesh and his wife are blessed with a newborn who arrives carrying a striking six-pack physique, signaling that something extraordinary is at play. Jayaprakash Reddy steps into the story as Thikkal Reddy, the ruthless villain who bursts into the newborn’s room in search of his foe. He prays to the gods for protection and waits in the room, but a fateful moment unfolds when the baby’s long urination leads to the death of Thikkal Reddy’s elder son, forging a fierce rivalry between the child and Thikkal Reddy. To shield the baby from danger, Kamesh sends his mother to Hyderabad, hoping distance will keep him safe.

Years later, the child grows into Allari Naresh’s Siva Manohar IPS—a dynamic and capable young cop operating undercover. Siva’s powers feel almost supernatural: bullets stop in midair, he can bend time, and he can even coax sharper speech from Posani Krishna Murali. Along the way, he meets Priya, played by Monal Gajjar, and a romance blossoms amid the peril of Thikkal Reddy’s continuing hunt.

A shadowy Don D enters the picture, challenging Siva’s every move. The Don’s identity is entwined with a surprising reveal: his grandmother, Kovai Sarala, uses her power to push Siva toward becoming a formidable hero while shepherding the Don’s own criminal empire. The two forces collide in a narrative that blends family loyalty with action and intrigue.

In the courtroom finale, both the Don and Siva are exonerated, and Siva is elevated to the rank of D.G.P.—the Director General of Police. Jeeva appears as the D.G.P. of Andhra Pradesh, sealing the arc with a note of official vindication and triumph.
