What Is Stella Days About?
The premise of Stella Days without spoilers.
Set in 1950s rural Ireland, this film explores the conflict between traditional values and the arrival of American cinema. A small-town cinema becomes the focal point as the local community grapples with reconciling its faith and customs with the glamour of Hollywood. Father Daniel Berry, a young priest, finds himself challenged as he attempts to mediate between the Church’s authority and the town's growing fascination with films. The story examines themes of faith, temptation, and the changing face of a close-knit community.
