At a Denver city council meeting, Pi Pi pitches a bold, outlandish plan: run Colorado’s water system entirely on urine. His idea is backed by a surprising host of celebrities who had championed crypto and NFTs, turning satire into policy in a hurry. In response, Randy abandons his marijuana-farming past and returns to geology, pressing for a real, science-based solution to the drought. When Denver nods to Pi Pi’s vision, Randy steps forward with a counteroffer—building a desalination plant that would restore reliable water flow—an offer that Denver accepts, much to Pi Pi’s ire. In retaliation, Pi Pi orders his crew, including the fearsome ManBearPig, to remove Randy from the picture.

Cartman and Butters shadow Tolkien at his house, and when Tolkien faces them, Cartman breaks the seal of his drought research, revealing the extent of what he’s learned. Randy leverages a surprising coalition of Cartman and other breast-implant wearers to drain their saline implants and power the desalination plant, restoring water to the Denver area as ManBearPig and his family retreat to the woods.
