As Dave, Adam, and Doofer, three bumbling fraternity brothers from Kappa Omicron Kappa (KOK), face the grim prospect of eviction after being accused of stealing from their treasury, they devise a clever scheme to exonerate themselves. Their plan involves reviewing footage from Adam’s bedroom, where he has set up a surveillance camera to document his nightly escapades. The trio dons disguises as Adina, Roberta, and Daisy to infiltrate the KOK ladies’ night party, aiming to unmask the real culprit. However, their disguise quickly backfires as their fellow brothers mistakenly identify them as awkward women and promptly toss them out.

Fortunately, a group of sympathetic sorority sisters from Delta Omicron Gamma (DOG) come to their rescue, offering shelter at their sorority house. During this time, Adam’s attention shifts to his old roommate, Jimmy, who has unwittingly taken over Adam’s former living space. Determined to reclaim a critical tape, Adam plans to impersonate Adina and seduce Jimmy. However, the situation takes a hilarious twist when Jimmy, believing he is wooing a woman, administers a roofie-laced drink that leaves them both unconscious.

As the KOK annual cruise looms near, the fraternity decides to showcase Adam’s tapes as a highlight for alumni entertainment. In a bid to control the situation, the trio partners with the DOG sorority in a football game where victory will grant them coveted cruise tickets. During this camaraderie, Dave, in his Daisy persona, catches Leah’s eye, and she expresses her budding romantic interest. However, “Daisy” hints at leaving soon, aware that their masquerade won’t last.

After shedding their feminine disguises to prepare for a job interview with a KOK alumnus, the friends regroup in their true identities. Following the interview, they switch back to their alter egos to celebrate their success, only to be caught off guard by Leah, who mistakes the gathering for a romantic rendezvous and storms off, provoking Dave to chase after her.

In a heated moment, Dave’s alumnus counterpart seizes Leah, prompting her to smack him across the face. In retaliation, the alumnus demands Leah be thrown overboard. Amid the chaos, Daisy dramatically reveals herself as Dave, putting an end to the men’s brutish behavior, while Roberta and Adam’s true identities are also exposed. The KOK High Council convenes to figure out the fates of these mischievous brothers, with Dave expressing his disdain for how the fraternity treats DOG members and admitting he can no longer belong to such a toxic environment.

As tensions rise, Dave courageously accuses fraternity president Spence of theft, and Doofer backing him up with a tape that contains incriminating evidence. The KOK brothers respond instantly, expelling Spence by tossing him overboard. In an unexpected twist, Adam is named the new president of the KOK house, while Dave rekindles his romance with Leah based on newfound honesty. Meanwhile, Doofer begins to embark on a promising relationship with one of the DOG girls, paving the way for a partnership built on respect and trust.
