What Is Silk Hope About?

Frannie Vaughn returns home after a long absence to find her mother dead and her sister Natalie and brother‑in‑law Jake planning to sell the family’s historic acres. Frannie takes a job, falls for co‑worker Rubin, and repurchases the land. In the end, her dreams are fulfilled as Natalie abandons the sale and moves into the old family house with Frannie and Rubin.
