Shopping with Susan (1993): Cast

Discover a straightforward lifestyle shift that can dramatically improve your appearance and wellbeing. I’m Susan Powter, and people constantly ask me what they should eat. To answer those questions, I created the program “Shopping with Susan,” which teaches you how to eliminate excess fat from your kitchen, shop wisely, and replenish your pantry with plentiful, low‑fat foods. The guide helps you make healthier choices, emphasizing that it’s the excess fat—not food itself—that leads to weight gain.
