
Years after moving to Tokyo with her parents, Hinako returns to her rural hometown on Shikoku. She learns her childhood friend Sayori died years ago, and that Sayori’s mother—once a séance practitioner—has been maddened by grief. Haunted by Sayori’s ghost at night, Hinako consults experts and uncovers a disturbing plan her mother has for her.
