The film opens at a hidden temple of the serpent god Sheshnaag, where, during every lunar eclipse, a treasure is revealed and guarded by two shapeshifting serpents: Pritam Nag Jeetendra and Bhanu Nagin Madhavi. The moonlit boon grants immortality to the one bathed in its glow, a power that draws the scheming Aghori Danny Denzongpa, a wizard who will stop at nothing to seize it. Aghori launches a ruthless campaign to wipe out the snakes, but Pritam defeats him in direct confrontation while unable to end his life. In a retaliatory strike, Aghori uses dark magic that wounds Bhanu, setting off a chain of events that binds a village outsider to the temple’s fate. Bhola, Rishi Kapoor, a plain-spoken villager, steps in to rescue Bhanu, and in that moment, Pritam and Bhanu find themselves indebted to him, though their own destinies remain tangled with the temple’s mystic powers.
After tragedy touches Bhola’s kin, he travels to stay with his sister Champa Rekha at her home, only to face harsh treatment from her husband, Bansi Lal Anupam Kher. The couple’s difficult dynamics drive Bhola to leave the house, but not before life in their world takes a darker turn. Bansi gambles away Champa’s safety and dignity, and when villains threaten her, Champa is forced to flee by leaping from a cliff. Struck by despair, Bhola nearly ends his own life, yet Bhanu Madhavi steps in, transforming into Champa once more and bestowing wealth upon Bhola, sparking a new turn in their intertwined fates.
The duo soon relocates to a grand mansion where Pritam arrives as a servant and becomes a mentor, helping Bhola grow courageous and capable. In this environment, Bhola’s heart is captured by Kamini Mandakini, the daughter of Seth Lalchand Raza Murad—a brutal animal trafficker who also happens to be a devotee of Aghori. The growing romance complicates the web of loyalties as Lalchand plans to wed Kamini to his business partner Vikram while continuing to exert his ruthless control. To clear the path for his schemes, Lalchand enlists Aghori to remove Bhola from the picture, plunging the protagonists into a dangerous confrontation.
Aghori strikes first by biting Bhola, delivering a deadly poison. Bhanu perseveres and tries to shield him, but the danger intensifies until Pritam, using his powers, reaches them in time to rescue both Bhola and Bhanu. The truth behind their bonds—and the real identity of Champa—falls into place as Pritam reveals the deeper connections to Bhola and reunites him with his sister, the true Champa, whose presence had been a constant shadow over their lives. The revelations sharpen the resolve of the besieged trio as they prepare to confront Lalchand’s ominous wedding plans for Kamini and Vikram.
As wedding preparations move forward, Bhola and Pritam burst in to disrupt the arrangement, while Aghori arrives at the Sheshnaag temple and extorts Bhola and Bhanu to join him on a grim quest for immortality. He threatens to kill Bhola to force their compliance, and the trio must make a stand against the sorcerer’s relentless hunger for power. In the climactic moment, a celestial warning echoes through the hall: Lord Shiva reveals that the only way to defeat Aghori is to strike at his heart, a task that tests each character’s courage and sacrifice.
The story resolves on a note of mythic hope as Bhola and his allies push back against the dark magic that once wielded terrifying influence. The ending follows Pritam and Bhanu as they continue their ascent toward heaven, buoyed by the victories they achieved together and the bonds they forged in the crucible of danger. The film closes with a sense of renewal, where love, loyalty, and the enduring power of courage illuminate a path beyond fear.
