Faqtooni, the wife of Egyptian King Mukhtar, sends her youngest son Vidyut Jammwal Bashim to India to retrieve a magical gem and weapon to avenge her husband’s death. Aishwarya Mahadevaraya, Ileana D’Cruz, the daughter of a government minister who is also a custodian of the gem, quietly slips away from her home to travel to Jaipur with her friends. Unaware of the danger, she packs the magical gem in her bag, setting in motion a chain of events that will test loyalties and identities.
In Jaipur, they encounter Sakthi Swaroop, portrayed by N.T. Rama Rao Jr., who becomes their guide after they are attacked by a group of men. As the story unfolds, Sakthi’s true lineage surfaces: he is connected to Rudra, his biological father, and the two menacing paths of duty and love begin to intertwine. Meanwhile, Mahadevaraya makes a bold move in Kashmir, offering his old friend, Jackie the Great, a vast fortune for the magical weapon—a weapon that once belonged to the Kosha of legends and was said to be born from the bloodline of Janaki Varma, a figure tied to Jackie’s own mysterious past. Jackie Shroff declines Mahadevaraya’s offer, setting the stage for a deeper confrontation.
A perilous turn comes when Aishwarya is kidnapped in Kashmir by Bashim’s henchmen. Sakthi, showing both courage and cunning, rescues her, but Bashim trails them to Hardiwar, where Sakthi discovers the gem while swimming in the Ganges. As they move to leave the city, Aishwarya confesses her feelings for Sakthi, though he declines, choosing to protect her in secret missions and layered loyalties. Sakthi subsequently captures Bashim after a tense shootout, while Faqtooni attempts to strike a deal with Jackie to obtain the weapon, only to be met with a demand for a hefty price.
Sakthi reveals that he has been working undercover to safeguard Aishwarya, revealing that she was the actual target of a terrorist network. Faqtooni then sends her older son, Raakha, to India to rescue Bashim, pulling the siblings deeper into a deadly web of intrigue. Aishwarya later finds photographs of herself in Sakthi’s bag, prompting a shocking moment where Sakthi admits love at first sight. The pair, with his adoptive parents, head to a temple for his birthday, where Sakthi discovers the box containing the gem.
Siva, Sakthi’s adoptive father, informs Mahadevaraya, who orders him to bring both the gem and Aishwarya to Hapmi. The rescue party clashes as Raakha frees Bashim, and a confrontation erupts with Siva’s officers escorting Aishwarya. Raakha is wounded by Sakthi, who undergoes a dramatic transformation, gaining powers after touching the gem. In a climactic struggle in Hampi, Bashim attempts to seize the gem but is killed by Sakthi with an ancient sword.
A sage explains the deeper myth: Rudra—Sakthi’s biological father—was the guardian of a secret Shakta pitha, sacrificing himself to shield his wife and Mahadevaraya’s parents from Jackie (then known as Janaki Varma), who had been paid by Mukhtar. Jackie kills Mahadevaraya’s parents and steals the weapon; in the ensuing duel with Mukhtar, Rudra’s dying act passes his newborn son to Basava for safekeeping, who is then raised by Siva and his wife. Sakthi ultimately defeats Jackie and Prachanda, retrieves the weapon, and faces Faqtooni’s schemes as she arrives with a resurrected Raakha.
Betrayal shifts the balance when Prachanda is fatally stabbed by Mahadevaraya, and Faqtooni forcibly takes the Sage and Aishwarya to perform the required rites, performed every 27 years. Sakthi arrives just in time to confront Raakha and Faqtooni with the weapon. The Sage’s guidance leads to an explosive consequence for Raakha, whose eyes—once implanted from Mukhtar’s severed head—trigger his own demise when Sakthi is directed to stab him. With the gem restored to its rightful place, Sakthi leaves Hapmi with Aishwarya, the Sage, and the gem, signaling a hard-won peace after a journey steeped in heritage, love, duty, and vengeance.
