Seventeen‑year‑old Farley possesses stick‑handling talent that could make him the next Sidney Crosby, though he doesn’t even know who Crosby is. Raised in a sheltered, homeschooled environment where his parents favor art‑gallery trips and ashram visits, his closest companion is Eve, the girl who has lived next door since they were three. Defying his parents, Farley plays shinny with local rink rats, and to their greater dismay he is signed to a major hockey league, instantly becoming a star. The sudden fame brings relentless hype, pressure to fight, and a changing dynamic with Eve, leaving Farley struggling to find his footing.
