Arivu, the younger brother, and Anbu, the elder, grow up in a household shaped by a love marriage that defied odds. Their parents eloped for each other and raised both brothers with a shared sense of duty and affection, even as they clash from time to time. In Chennai, Arivu builds a life as an IT professional, while in a nearby village Anbu serves as a government counsellor. Their bond is tested not by distance but by family expectations, particularly their mother’s steady push for an arranged marriage for Anbu, who resists until a proposal comes along.
