As the conspirators start dying mysteriously, the police investigate, leaving everyone to wonder whether a supernatural force—or Dharamdas himself—has returned for revenge.

Seth Dharamdas, a shrewd patriarch with two daughters, Asha and Kajal, finds himself entangled in a high-stakes business deal with Dhanraj. Asha, Vidya Sinha, marries her true love Vikas, but tragedy strikes when an air crash takes Vikas away. In the wake of this loss, Dharamdas cancels his plan to sell the factory and instead chooses to honor Vikas by dedicating the factory as a keepsake to his memory.
