In June 2044, the Robotech Expeditionary Force (REF) assembles at Moon Base ALUCE for a crucial mission to reclaim Earth from the alien Invid. Among the fleet’s fighter pilots are Maia Sterling, Marcus Rush, and Alex Romero, all of whom were born in space and have never laid eyes on Earth. With determination, General Reinhardt sends Vince Grant, captain of the Icarus, to embark on a rescue mission to find Rick Hunter, a legendary veteran and chief military commander leading the REF forces.
