Xia Tian, a research scientist at Nexus Corporation, leads a team that is racing to unlock wormhole technology capable of connecting with parallel universes. Under the watchful eye of the Director, their work promises incredible possibilities, but the science is unstable: test animals become uncontrollably aggressive and their cells begin to deteriorate. The stakes escalate when IPT Lab, a rival organization that has been pursuing the same breakthrough, hires Tsui Hu to steal Nexus’s hard-won research.
