Two seasoned con artists, Chetan Chauhan, [Sanjay Dutt], and Bhagat Bhosle, [Ajay Devgn], have just pulled off a slick theft from Anthony Gonsalves, [Arjun Rampal]. Bhagat deftly snatches a suitcase from Anthony by swapping it with a fake one, hoping to walk away clean, but the real suitcase slips out of the decoy and Anthony gives chase. A quick pivot later, Anthony discovers his car has vanished, only for Chetan to drive the stolen vehicle to a repair shop and have its color changed, a ruse meant to throw off any pursuing eyes. What begins as a high-stakes heist quickly spirals into a tangled web of rivalries, uneasy alliances, and shifting loyalties.
The two con artists cross paths again aboard a flight to Bangkok, where Bhagat boasts about a new target—a girl named Dolly, [Lisa Haydon], whom he has arranged to meet for four nights and three days. He openly brags to Chetan, even sharing a code word for the rendezvous. But the vacation soon turns into a battlefield of wits as the pair end up robbing each other again upon arrival in Bangkok. Only Chetan comes out ahead this time, reclaiming Bhagat’s cash and a pricey watch while Bhagat ends up with Chetan’s fake wallet stuffed with counterfeit money and dummy cards. Resentment blooms, and the former partners become sworn enemies—until both set their sights on Khushi, [Kangana Ranaut], a woman who enters their skewed universe with her own enticements.
Khushi becomes the magnet that reshapes their deception. Each man tries to woo her with different costumes and stories: Chetan presents himself as a loving donor who helps the needy, while Bhagat masquerades as a blind man and a former Navy officer. Their schemes collide in increasingly elaborate tricks, the stakes rising as the plans turn dangerous and the lines between truth and fabrication blur. A wild motorcycle accident leaves Bhagat physically shaken as he claims his sight has been restored by shock, and soon after, a drunken party leads them to a church where Father Pascal, [Satish Kaushik], presides over their fates.
In the church, Khushi proposes a shocking compromise: she would marry both Bhagat and Chetan. Father Pascal declares that only one of the two can win her hand, and the two men agree to settle the matter in a ceremonial ring fight. The bout spirals out of control, and the priests are knocked aside as the trio leaves the church unconscious. When they awaken, Father Pascal has been beaten, Khushi is missing, and Anthony arrives with a grim proposition: Khushi is now within his grasp, and the ransom must be paid within 24 hours.
The chase continues as the two con artists head to a Bangkok bank, trying to unlock funds to meet Anthony’s demand. The bank’s staff stumble through loan policies, confused by the bizarre situation, and the encounter soon erupts into a mêlée with real thieves crashing the scene. In a bold final gambit, the pair disguise themselves as Santa and abscond with cash, racing to Anthony’s private plane where they deliver Khushi to him. Yet the dramatic twist lands hard: Khushi has chosen Anthony, and the mastermind group—Khushi, Father Pascal, and BBC, along with Anthony—has been orchestrating a larger con.
In a jaw-dropping reversal, Anthony returns home to India only to realize that Bhagat and Chetan had secretly stolen from his own residence to fund the ransom, effectively conning him out of his own cash. The plan collapses in the most ironic fashion, exposing how every move was part of a larger deception that left all parties tangled in a game of trust, deception, and consequences. Throughout it all, the ensemble cast threads a tangled cautionary tale about greed, love, and the price of getting one over on everyone else.
