To afford their dream house, newlyweds Jen McKenzie [Sarah Prikryl] and Mitch McKenzie [Craig Welzbacher] invite their best friend Danny Hockman [Matt Lusk] to move in. The arrangement starts off smoothly, with the trio sharing meals and planning for a bright future. But the mood shifts when Blair [Mayra Leal], a striking and alluring woman tied to Danny, arrives in the house. Her presence tests the couple’s trust as she uses her charm to target Mitch, weaving herself into the household and quietly shifting the power dynamic.

As Blair’s seductive tactics deepen, Mitch begins to change how he treats Jen, and the home feels less like a sanctuary and more like a stage for temptation. The tension spirals toward a tragic turn: Blair electrocutes Danny in his bathtub. The sequence hints at a chilling pattern, as Blair’s past boyfriends had also died after meeting her. After Danny’s death, Mitch allows Blair to stay in the house and gradually falls under her influence, widening the rift with Jen. Jen decides to leave and finds work as head chef at a hotel, seeking stability away from the growing danger at home.

In a market store, Blair is confronted by Sharon [Shelley Calene-Black], who warns that she knows how Blair killed her boyfriends for their money. On a subsequent meeting, Blair kills Sharon and hides the body in the house, deepening the sense of menace inside the walls. That night Blair again tries to seduce Mitch, but he resists, remembering Jen and the life they once shared. Enraged by his response, Blair then makes another attempt to kill him, but is interrupted by Jen’s return to the house. A fierce confrontation erupts between Blair and Jen, and Blair is killed when Jen’s car runs her over. Mitch is saved, and the couple’s bond is rekindled just as the police arrive to take in the scene.
