In 1952 Grey Rocks, a town once known as a pirate haven, twelve-year-old Jim struggles with the loss of his father and faces daily bullying. His life takes an unexpected turn with the arrival of Captain Johnson, a sailor whose boat is damaged in a storm. The Captain becomes a mentor, teaching Jim valuable lessons about self-reliance and determination. As Jim gains confidence, he discovers that the Captain may harbor a remarkable secret – is he connected to the town’s pirate past? Jim embarks on an extraordinary journey to uncover the truth and learns to chart his own path.
