Yehia, known as Pharaoh, gathers six former friends, each possessing distinct combat skills, for a mission to Syria. They initially claim to be bounty hunters, but their true purpose is to rescue Yehia's son, who has been kidnapped by Franco and his ISIS-affiliated gang. The gang’s violent assault on Syrian refugees resulted in the abduction of children, including Yehia’s wife, and their transport to a district controlled by Franco. Now, Yehia and his team must confront the dangerous criminals and attempt to save the hostages.

The Movie Echo Score Breakdown for Pharaoh’s War
Art & Craft
In terms of art and craft, the film’s direction is described as merely average, with several reviewers noting the absence of a competent director, cinematographer, or editor. While one comment praises the overall direction, the prevailing view points to uneven visual composition and uninspired production design. Consequently, technical execution sits below average expectations.
Character & Emotion
When evaluating character and emotion, critics overwhelmingly label the performances as terrible, fake, and novice, with repeated references to bad acting and lack of emotional resonance. A solitary positive remark mentions good acting, yet it is eclipsed by the dominant criticism. Overall, the acting quality is markedly below acceptable standards.
Story & Flow
The story component receives predominantly negative feedback, with reviewers describing the plot as awful, immature, and incoherent, and criticizing the pacing and overall engagement. One user notes a simple but enjoyable action premise, but this isolated comment does not offset the broader consensus of a weak narrative structure. Consequently, the story score is low.
Sensory Experience
Sensory experience is sparsely addressed, with few comments on sound or visual style. One reviewer finds the action simple yet pleasant, and another remarks on a distinctive dubbing, but the majority of feedback lacks discussion of soundtrack or sound design, implying an unremarkable sensory impact. Overall, the film’s sensory qualities are mediocre at best.
Rewatch Factor
Rewatch factor is uniformly low, as multiple reviewers label the film a waste of time and express strong dissatisfaction, indicating little desire for repeat viewings. The brief note of occasional enjoyment does not translate into lasting appeal, resulting in minimal rewatch potential.
