What Is Palestine Islands About?
The premise of Palestine Islands without spoilers.
Twelve-year-old Maha lives in the Balata refugee camp and is part of the last generation of Palestinians displaced from their homeland. Concerned by a fainting spell suffered by her blind grandfather, she devises a plan to convince him that the separation wall has disappeared and a return to his ancestral land is within reach, offering him a glimmer of hope and a chance to reconnect with his past.
