Otto Baxter: Not A F***ing Horror Story (2023): Cast & Box Office

Over six years we follow Otto Baxter, a 35‑year‑old man with Down syndrome, as he writes and directs a foul‑mouthed autobiographical comedy‑horror‑musical set in Victorian London. He uses his film The Puppet Asylum to explore his birth, adoption and a battle with the evil magician The Master. When his birth mother dies, Otto faces real‑world challenges and his future, aided by filmmaker friends Bruce Fletcher and Peter Beard, who come to understand his unique outlook.
