Police constables Balagopal and Jolly Kurien have been at odds for years, yet they’re pressed into a high-stakes transfer: two prisoners, Nandu and Maran, are to be moved from Kannur to Trivandrum aboard the Parasuram Express. What unfolds is the unraveling backstory of [Nandu], revealed through the uneasy alliance of three unlikely allies, the trio who would come to be known as the musketeers of this tale. Lakshmi is the daughter of Nandu’s mother and her former husband, making her a half-sister and not a daughter of Narayanan. In a moment of desperation, he hatches a plan to kill his father, but the trap backfires in a heartbreaking twist—the very scheme intended for Narayanan results in the accidental murder of his mother, sending Nandu spiraling into custody on a murder charge.

The plot thickens as Narayanan sneaks a visit to the jail and reveals a carefully staged persona of reform, performed for Lakshmi to soothe any doubts about his character. This revelation plants a seed of revenge and a fierce resolve in Nandu, who cannot ignore the layered deceit that binds his fate to his father. With the truth loose and danger mounting, Nandu escapes whenever possible, drawing the attention—and the sympathy—of the three musketeers who’ve begun to see the human cost behind the feud.

As the pursuit intensifies, the musketeers collide with Narayanan as both sides move toward a deadly confrontation. The tension culminates when Narayanan tries to strangle Nandu with his own handcuffs, only to be thwarted by Jolly, whose intervention results in Narayanan’s death. Balagopal contemplates reporting Jolly’s actions to the authorities, but Nandu steps forward, choosing to bear the blame himself to honor a larger mission and to protect Jolly from a worse fate.
