What Is Oktoberfest About?
The premise of Oktoberfest without spoilers.
Luka Banjanin, an unemployed saxophonist still living with his parents in Belgrade, drifts among a small circle of friends who share his sense of displacement in a society that has abandoned its youth. He yearns to attend Munich’s Oktoberfest but cannot obtain a passport due to a past drug incident. While neglecting his long‑term girlfriend, he becomes entangled with a mysterious woman who appears and disappears unpredictably, pulling him deeper into a series of misadventures that blur reality and leave him living his own imagined Oktoberfest in his mind.
