What Is Octobre About?
The premise of Octobre without spoilers.
A dramatization of the 1970 abduction and murder of Quebec minister Pierre Laporte by a cell of the Front de libération du Québec. The film recounts how, after the earlier kidnapping of British Trade Commissioner James Cross, the second FLQ cell seized Laporte and brutally killed him, highlighting the terror of that period.
