Meanwhile, Pao trains with his father, climbing the ranks and earning a place among top contenders. A defining challenge arrives when he faces a brutal farang boxer, Diamond Sullivan [J. Don Ferguson], who relies on performance-enhancing drugs to fuel his power. Piak makes a last stand, capturing the boss as police close in, but the confrontation ends in tragedy when Piak sacrifices himself—fatally shot by a police officer’s weapon while defending Pao and Sripai.

In the aftermath, Piak’s death is marked by the presence of Pao, Sripai, and her daughter, who return to Chaiya to honor his memory. Piak’s ashes are scattered into the sea, a final gesture that ties his life’s fierce energy to the landscape that shaped him.
