Kong is a deaf-mute gunman, an assassin for hire who cannot hear or see his gunshots or his victims. He is guided by Patharawarin Timkul as Aom, a Bangkok stripper who rides on his back and gives him directions. Because of his disability, he was taunted by other children and grows into an angry young man.
At a target range, he discovers a surprising talent for precision, able to picture the taunting faces of the boys he used to fear within the sight of his targets. His deafness even seems to sharpen his focus, since he does not react to the gunfire around him.
One day, while cleaning up, a customer named Joe visits the range with his girlfriend, Aom. Joe notices Kong watching them and offers him a pistol, and Kong impresses both Joe and Aom with his accuracy. When Joe injures his gun hand in a fight, Kong is ready to take on more work.
Working for a mob boss, Kong is sent on a job to Hong Kong, and when he returns to Bangkok he catches a cold and needs medicine. He stops at a pharmacy and meets Premsinee Ratanasopha as Fon, a pretty pharmacist, and he eventually takes her out a few times. This encounter hints that life can have meaning, even for someone who cannot hear or speak.
Aom has trouble with one of the mob boss’ henchmen. She spurns him, but he rapes her. Enraged, Joe kills the henchman, drawing the mob’s wrath down on Joe, which in turn triggers Kong to wage revenge. The film builds to a final, tense shoot-out in a water bottle plant, where Kong fights his pursuers.
Severely injured and cornered by the police, Kong places his head beside the mob boss’s and then shoots himself in the head, killing them both.
