Ganesh, an orphan, lives with his best friend Aadi and is in love with Anjali, a college student and the daughter of Satya, a disabled crime boss in Vizag.

Anjali is wary of falling for him, fearing the danger that comes with her family’s world of crime, but she eventually opens her heart and accepts his feelings. She pushes for a quick marriage, aware that her brother Seshu and Satya may try to split them apart.

On the way to the temple where Anjali waits, Ganesh realizes he forgot to bring his late mother’s photo, a keepsake that matters to him, and he heads back to fetch it. Aadi reaches the temple to join the couple, only to witness Seshu pressuring Anjali to go with him. When Aadi tries to stop him, Seshu kills Aadi, shattering Ganesh and plunging the two families deeper into a cycle of violence.

Fuelled by grief and rage, Ganesh moves to Vizag under a new identity, known as Mass, and sets out to dismantle the Satya-Seshu crime syndicate, aiming to protect Anjali and avenge Aadi’s death.

In a heated final confrontation, Ganesh faces Seshu, defeats him, and rekindles his relationship with Anjali, choosing to leave the city behind with her by his side. Satya, wracked by disgrace, kills Seshu and takes his own life, a grim act that avenges Aadi’s death and underscores the cost of a life spent in crime.
