Bhaktavatsalam Naidu [Mohan Babu] is a man who leads a carefully balanced double life, having married two women and skillfully keeping the existence of the other wife a secret from both. His close ally Ismail [Ali Basha] helps him shoulder the burden and guard the delicate truth. The two households are ruled by Suryakantham [Meena], the first wife, and Priyamvada [Ramya Krishnan], the second wife. Suryakantham has a daughter, Sruthi [Poorna], while Priyamvada has a son, Gautham Naidu [Varun Sandesh]. The unusual setup is complicated by a shared birthday between Sruthi and Gautham, which sparks a comedic mix-up when Naidu swaps their gifts, setting off a chain of events that threaten to unravel his secrecy.

To prevent the unintended discovery of his lie, Naidu enlists the help of Balaraju [Allari Naresh], a plan that backfires when Balaraju falls for Sruthi, placing Naidu in a difficult position as he tries to keep the two young people apart. The story then follows Naidu’s efforts to manage the fallout: he informs Balaraju’s own father about the situation, hoping to pull the strings from behind the scenes, while also trying to control how Sruthi learns about Balaraju. The tension between love and concealment intensifies as Naidu tries to safeguard his arrangement without driving the couple away.

Meanwhile, in Balaraju’s village, a separate romantic thread emerges. The sister of the village head loves Balaraju, and her brother pushes for a marriage alliance. In a bid to steer events, Naidu sends Ismail with a letter to Balaraju’s father, a move that intersects with another romance when the girl from the village falls for Ismail herself. This twist adds another layer of complication to Naidu’s already fragile scheme, forcing him to juggle multiple expectations and loyalties.

As the narrative unfolds, Naidu also asks Sruthi to visit Balaraju’s house to learn more about him, hoping to keep their relationship under control. After a period of negotiation and doubt, Sruthi accepts Balaraju’s love, even though Balaraju withholds details about Naidu, preserving the ruse for the moment. This mutual understanding marks a turning point in the delicate balancing act that Naidu has choreographed for so long.
