Bhaktavatsalam Naidu [Mohan Babu] is a man who leads a carefully balanced double life, having married two women and skillfully keeping the existence of the other wife a secret from both. His close ally Ismail [Ali Basha] helps him shoulder the burden and guard the delicate truth. The two households are ruled by Suryakantham [Meena], the first wife, and Priyamvada [Ramya Krishnan], the second wife. Suryakantham has a daughter, Sruthi [Poorna], while Priyamvada has a son, Gautham Naidu [Varun Sandesh].
