Meghana, Avantika Mishra, has a rare gift of extrasensory perception. At the age of six, she foresees her mother’s death but cannot save her. Fifteen years later, Meghana is a journalist and lives with her father Nagendra Babu and her mother Meena Vasu. On a special assignment, she meets a renowned fashion designer, Siddharth Varma, whose easygoing nature draws her in and sparks a slow-burn romance. She is quickly drawn to his kindness and begins to fall for him, hoping to build a life together. Meanwhile, Meghana has a vision of the death of a security guard; with Siddharth’s help, she manages to save the guard. She then shares these visions with her father, who consoles her and begins to learn about his daughter’s growing feelings for Siddharth.

Soon after, Meghana reconnects with her childhood friend Puja, Sushma Raj. Puja reveals that she and Siddharth are engaged, a revelation that unsettles Meghana and stirs a sense that Siddharth may have hurt her in the past. Then Meghana experiences a vision of Siddharth slitting Puja’s neck. She tells her father, and they turn to a parapsychologist, Jhansi. The psychiatrist notes that Meghana is present at every vision and advises her to observe Puja and Siddharth’s relationship more closely, hoping to uncover the truth behind the ominous premonitions.

Meghana’s visions escalate to include a girl electrocuted in a bathtub. She recognizes the girl as Vaishali, Siddharth’s former girlfriend, who is already believed to be dead in a car accident. Through investigation, Meghana uncovers that Siddharth bribed officials to close the Vaishali case, hinting at a hidden and painful history. When Meghana returns home, Siddharth confronts her with the truth: Vaishali was a social activist and their love faced opposition from her conservative family. They eloped and fled to his farmhouse. Siddharth recalls hearing Vaishali scream in the bathtub and finding her electrocuted; after a car accident on the way to the hospital, he bribed officials to avoid controversy. The tragedy leaves him depressed, and Puja steps in to care for him. Yet when Meghana enters his life, he is drawn to her because she resembles Vaishali, and he gradually falls in love with Meghana.

The next day, Puja calls Meghana to meet. Puja reveals Siddharth’s altered behavior and confesses that she has loved him since childhood. She also admits she was the one who electrocuted Vaishali, consumed by fury over Siddharth’s marriage plans. She tries to kill Meghana, but Siddharth arrives with a police officer to arrest Puja. In a dramatic confrontation, Puja shoots the officer, and Siddharth unintentionally slits Puja’s throat with a knife.

In the end, Meghana and Siddharth marry and begin to live together, their bond strengthened by Meghana’s unsettling gift and the turbulent revelations that brought them to this precarious happiness.
