Vyacheslav “Slava” Kolotilov, Konstantin Khabenskiy, is a natural science teacher from the coastal Caspian village of Palchiki, trying to carve out a life as a novelist in Moscow. While deep in thought, he steps into traffic and is hit by a speeding car driven by Nadezhda, Milla Jovovich, who is there with her fiancé Danil, Ivan Urgant.
